Jazmine Sullivan

JazmineJazmine Marie, who was born on 9th April 1987 in Philadelphia was a popular American R&B and Soul singer. Fearless Jazmine Sullivan's debut album was recorded in Philadelphia. This album debuted on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. It was the birthplace of four hits, which included "Need You Bad" and "Bust Your Windows" that both had a place in the top forty in the Billboard Hot 100 chart; the former became Sullivan's first and only number one on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. Sullivan continued to release her sophomore studio album, Love Me Back, released in 2010 and highly praised by music critics. After a break of three year, Sullivan signed with RCA Records. In 2015, she released Reality Show, her first studio album. The album was her first album to be ranked at number one in the Top R&B Albums Charts. In 2021, she debuted her highly acclaimed EP Heaux Tales which has the single "Pick up Your feelings". Sullivan was awarded 2 Grammy Awards and a Billboard Women in Music Award. She also received 3 NAACP Image Awards and 2 BET Awards. Time has named her one of their 100 Most Influential Persons in 2022.
